Heranba Industries Ltd IPO Details

Heranba Industries Ltd to launch its ₹625 Crore Initial Public Offering on February 23, 2021 at a price band of  ₹626-627. The offer will close on February 25, 2021.

The issue comprises of a fresh issue of ₹60 crore and an offer for sale of 90.15 lakh equity shares by promoters Raghuram K Shetty & Sadashiv K Shetty.

Investors can bid for a minimum of 23 equity shares and in multiples of 23 shares thereafter.. The company will utilise net fresh issue proceeds for working capital requirements.

The company incorporated in 1996, Heranba Industries Limited is a Gujarat-based crop protection chemical manufacturer. It is one of the leading domestic producers of synthetic pyrethroids like cypermethrin, deltamethrin, lambda-cyhalothrin, etc. The company manufactures different types of pesticides including insecticides, fungicides, herbicides, and other pest control

products.
